
Joe Redner, Founder
Joe Redner has been a resident of Tampa, Florida for over 50 years. He is a successful businessman with interests
in Xtreme Fitness Health Club; Production Services and Systems, Inc., an
equipment rental company for the motion picture industry; Specialty Malls of
Tampa, Inc., a real estate company, which was successful in acquiring such
accounts as the Internal Revenue Service; and various entertainment
companies. Joe, as he prefers to
be called, is also a member of the ACLU, and the Chairman of First Freedom,
Inc.
Joe also supports many
charitable organizations such as the PBA, Fire Fighters Union, Police
Athletic League, Shriners, All Childrens Hospital, Joshua House, Police
Athletic League, Planned Parenthood
Joe is known for his firm
stance in support of individual freedom, first amendment rights and property
rights. He is also an advocate
of the following:
- Government should operate in the sunshine. Its the only way for the
people to have true accountability, Joe Redner.
- Head Start and other Safe School Programs should
continue and expand to insure equal education opportunities for all
children.
- Equal opportunity so that everyone has access to
Training and Education so as to reverse the cycle of poverty.
- Stop racial and ethnic profiling.
- The right for all families to have the same
protection and rights under the law
- Economic empowerment for all residents
- To stop urban sprawl and the damage it does to our
eco-system by redirecting growth from environmentally sensitive areas
- To secure funding for adequate mass transportation
and redesign dangerous intersections and narrow streets
- Promote the increase of locally owned small
businesses
- Promote voter participation and automatic
reinstatement of voter rights of felons who have paid their debt to
society
- Promote 100% healthcare and 0% disparities
- A vociferous advocate for due process
Aside from his advocacy, Joe
has a deep sense of commitment to his children, grandchildren and his
family. He is a vegetarian,
health enthusiast and an avid reader of law. He believes in personal
responsibility, respect for others, and most importantly, honesty and
integrity.
