E.M.
Productions is a production company based in Tampa, FL. The company originated
in the creative collaboration of Adam Elend and Jeff Marks. The two filmmakers
met in film school at Florida State University, and formed E.M. Productions
to promote their common interest in social issue films.
Since its inception in 1998, E.M. has produced documentaries and shorts created by Jeff and Adam. Their work has been broadcast on HBO’s RealSports with Bryant Gumble, PBS’s NOW with Bill Moyers and FRONTLINE, CNN Headline News, FoxSports, and ESPN. Recent projects include ADMISSIONS AGAINST INTEREST, a 30 minute program that examines evidence of government censorship of public access television and NO WAR IN IRAQ, a short that captures the spirit of the Anti-War March on Washington in October of 2002. The company also specializes in grass roots media coverage and campaign consulting for alternative candidates.
